Let's start with
ITA: In questa sessione di running lavoreremo sul miglioramento della tua performance attraverso allenamenti ad alta intensità, di durata medio-breve. Utilizzeremo diverse metodologie come: gli scatti, il fartlek, interval training e ripetute.
ENG: In this running session we will work on improving your performance through high intensity runs.The sessions will not be too long since are based on high intensity. We will use different methodologies such as: sprints, fartlek, interval training and reps.
