Let's start with
This will be a sweaty session in which I will apply the High Intensity Interval Training methodology.
We will work together on getting those heart rate up, improving your overall performance and resistance. The entire routine will be held live stream, when possibile, and will be structured not on repetitions but on interval time in order to let you follow your own pace. It will be really fun and challenging.
