Let's start with
ITA: In questa sessione full body con sovraccarichi lavoreremo al rinforzo di tutto il corpo. Abbineremo esercizi lower, upper e core ma non solo, lavoreremo anche sui salti, la pliometria e l'esplosività.
ENG: In this full body session with overloads we will work on the reinforcement of the whole body. We will combine lower, upper and core exercises but not only, we will also work on jumps, pliometrics and explosiveness.
